Hello and thank you so much for visiting EnHance C & C. My name is Elizabeth Hance. I am a Clinical Social Worker / Psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Winthrop University in South Carolina and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from UNC-Charlotte in North Carolina. Over the last 12 years, I have worked in multiple settings including hospital inpatient care, group setting, hospital emergency services, family therapy, individual counseling, and tele-health.

EnHance C & C offers a safe, comfortable environment whether it be In-Person or Tele-Health Sessions. Here are just a few of the topics we cover during therapy sessions: 

• Coping with grief, anxiety, depression, psychological trauma, PTSD, self care, self esteem, setting boundaries, finding inner peace, communication styles, and self-forgiveness.
• I am here to guide you and work as a team as we explore coping patterns, triggers to behavior, the cause for intrusive thoughts, and working through trauma.
• Together, we will work to help you recognize problems, how to effectively handle them, and identify positive coping skills.
